Choosing Your Program 

The Beginner Membership is designed for athletes who haven’t done a ton of activity outside of riding their horse. Details listed under each exercise for athletes to follow the recommendation rep ranges, equipment and variations. This membership increases  balance and core strength while keeping a focus on joint mobility.  

The style in which the membership is situated, athletes are able to continue other activities they love to do! BioRider encourage all equestrians to play other sports, swim, bike, run, pilates, yoga, barre, hiking but not a big fan of Cross Fit. BioRider Fitness is a program to keep athletes healthy and not to stress the spine and joints.  Riding horses breaks down the body enough.  Working out should condition the muscles for better riding. 

All other memberships renews automatically for billing period, except for one subscription to 90 day access. Please choose carefully which membership subscription.  Auto renewed members must request to cancel before renewal date otherwise no refunds will be made after renewal date.  If you choose PayPal, cancel anytime from your pay pal account.

EQUIPMENT USED

Stability Ball 

Free Weights (5-15 pound weights are mostly used) 

Resistance Band or Cable machines found at gyms 

BOSU Ball is optional to the floor or bench or pillow. 

Most all exercises have listed variations  or an alternative exercise.

Other added pieces are body bars, plates, other gym equipment, roman chair,

w-bar’, barbells, medicine ball, TRX, benches, steps,

other items that can be found in most gyms.

TRAINER TIP

No resting between sets, rest between groups for 1-2 minutes. The more you move, the more calories you will burn.
