Working out can start to become a chore after awhile, it can be a chore before you even commit to starting a workout program! Once you start making a workout a chore, it immediately can take the joy and satisfaction out of it. Now this is not saying there is some convincing we must say to ourselves to stick to our workouts but ultimately it should be fun!

We have been doing workouts at Sterling Farms for 5 years. Our workouts primarily focus on balance and core stability because lets be honest as a horseback rider those are key components. Group workouts last about 45 minutes and have from 3-5 people as we like to keep it. This helps to focus on you better and allow us the room to give more attention to each rider.
