Train online with workouts specifically designed for the Equestrian Athlete.  We have two initial programs for athletes to join. Beginner and Advanced Fitness programs, scroll below to see more on these two programs.

The Beginner Program

Two fitness plans are available for beginner athletes.

  • the three day a week (two days specifically for at home training and one day for gym training with alternative exercises for those without gym access)
  • the 6 week progressive training plan (increase the athletes workouts weekly for 6 weeks)

Both have PDF downloads for members to download and use during their workouts; print the workout pdf or save to a smartphone.

After your membership expires, renew the program again or move onto the advanced program.

The two differences between the beginner and the advanced programs are…

  • Higher degree of difficulty in the exercises used in the THREE DAY A WEEK WORKOUTS.
  • The Advanced Program doesn’t have the 6 week training plan.

If an athlete has any imbalance in basic muscle engagements and does the more intense exercises from the advanced program, there’s a chance of injury. I recommend doing the beginner program for 30 days to see if any area needs more attention before doing the harder exercises.
