How to workout with BioRider!

The program specifies workouts based on athletic ability, this is not accounting for level or how long one has been a horseback rider.  Solely designed for difficulty of exercises and the workout itself.  Some horseback riders will ride the upper levels of dressage but they will hurt/injury themselves if the body is pushed.  The mission for BioRider is to keep the rider riding their horse.  Our workouts are not meant to get a rider too sore that they can’t ride their horses, that defeats the point!

Both the beginner and advanced memberships have a 6 day-a-week workout outlined to follow.  Members have the ability to follow our weekly program or use the workout library.  Member can decided that one week, they have only two days to work out.  Get back to the normal schedule the following week, not a problem.  We keep you consistent in training by reminding you to workout.  Members will have two ways to directly keep in touch with BioRider Trainers; email address provided by registration and FACEBOOK Member page.

We encourage athletes to use repetition to create better riding habits, similar to being repetitive with our horses training.  Nothing develops right away.  Muscles need to learn new muscle habits and increase physical strength which takes time.  For this reason, we have a monthly program for riders to join: beginner and advanced memberships. Once a member, emailed instructions will be given or log in by using the top navigation bar.  This navigation will change once you have successfully logged in.

Consistency is key to developing lasting results and physically increasing muscle endurance.  If your seeking a customize workout, click here.
