Workout the legs to stay aligned from the hip to the ankle. The exercises are joined together to increase stability and strength surrounding the joints. Typical imbalances that cause misalignment in the saddle are strengthened by target weaker leg muscles. There are exercises to increase mobility and strength around the pelvis as it has some responsibility in aligning the lower leg.
