Engage the core to balance better on a horse with the Balanced Core Workout. Go through a series of exercises that challenge the stamina of balance for a beginner athlete. Add into your weekly workout for at least 4-6 weeks; continue to use the workout every month to make sure the core stays balanced.

Never begin riding or an exercise program without first checking with your regular doctor or physician.

Condition the body prior to getting in the saddle! The wear and tear on an equestrians from daily riding can take a toll out on the spine and joints. Regular core strength training helps prevent and rehabilitate the body to withstand the vigorous sport of riding horses. However it does not substitute for standard medical care.

If exercise is painful and/or you get dizzy, nauseous, or feel lightheaded, stop and consult your medical professional right away. Please do not try to get on a horse and work it out.
