Increase the strength in the legs and pelvis for a better sitting trot. The exercises work on the mobility of the hips through the whole range of motion. Focus is more on the hamstrings and lower core to help a rider gain strength for sitting into the horse developing a deeper seat. Do this workout once a week for 4-6 weeks.
