Equipment Used 

  • Stability Ball 
  • Free Weights (5-15 pound weights are mostly used) 
  • Resistance Band or Cable machines found at gyms 
  • BOSU Ball is optional to the floor or bench or pillow. 
  • Most all exercises have listed variations  or an alternative exercise.
  • Other added pieces are body bars, plates, other gym equipment, roman chair, ‘w-bar’, barbells, medicine ball, TRX, benches, steps, other items that can be found in most gyms.

Add On’s to Memberships

 

  • Members have the option to add on extra workouts specific to one’s discipline and level of riding to their current membership. 

    How do the add on’s work with the current memberships?

    Athletes choose the program, access will be granted to the program. Links are accessed on membership profile page.  All add on programs are available for a 6 month period but base memberships beginner/advanced will need to be renewed are put onto auto renewal for access to add on memberships. Add on programs are a one time fee for a 6 month access to workouts. Members are responsible for renewing the basic membership. Any assistance needed, please email memberships@bioriderfitness.com

  • Target exercises give athletes an area of strengthening to increase individual priorities in the saddle. Some riders want to get a better sitting trot and others want help increasing the symmetry in their half passes. Using the BioRider Fitness Assessment Process, workouts are designed for the individual athlete. 

    These workouts can be used with the current three days a week workouts given in base memberships; beginner and advanced.  

    It takes 4-6 weeks to change muscle patterns and connect the proper kinetic chain. All exercises in the athletes customize workout are meant to be done for once a week, at least four weeks in a row. Exercises can be altered to better fit the athletes needs but the process of muscular development takes more structure and patience when riding is involved. Riding can cause bad habits to continue to be habitual. This program requires athletes to continue membership workouts in conjunction with their own individual targeted exercises, in order to achieve results.
