JUMPING ONE

Build the base of your stability and balance for jumping horses.  Core control is essential to developing as a jumper athlete, start with these exercises.

Strengthen the lower core for proper positioning over fences and through the area work.  Increase the forwardness of your horse and increase core stability to help the horse balance themselves better after the jump.

JUMPING THREE

Target dynamic strength and stamina for the higher jumps.  Continue to use all the exercises throughout the series of workouts to keep increasing your overall endurance. 

Do workout at least twice in the week!
