Balance on the Inside Leg

Single out the one inside leg in this workout.  Develop stability in each hip when doing these exercises weekly.  Take this to the saddle and feel the difference. 

Lower Leg Alignment

Exercises are joined together to increase strength surrounding the joints. Typical imbalances cause misalignment in the saddle and you can be target the weaker muscles around each joint creating natural stability. 

Do for at least one month!
