” I’m in lessons for beginning eventing and currently working out 3-4 times a week; mainly core/cardio. I use a lot of the exercises from your DVD; especially the band kettlebell squat. I need some more advance core, especially my back. I’m trying to accomplish holding my galloping position to 10 mins, as well as an independent seat going up and down banks. I’m getting left behind in the saddle just a bit. Ps…I adore the ball exercise for my hamstrings!!! I hate the exercise, but have LOVED THE RESULTS! it has made me be more aware of asking for impulsion and also being able maintain the impulsion/rhythm” – KELLY DACRE

“The workout log is great because I write down every exercise from my work out that I do in it. It’s easy to organize the amount of weight I use and how many reps I do. For exercises that I don’t do every single time it keeps a record so when I go back to look at it that has what weight I’ve used and how many reps I’ve done when I go to pick that exercise back up again. It’s also a great size to keep in my workout bag. My trainer knows where it is and just grabs it to help me keep track of everything! Thanks BioRider for the great log!” – MICHELLE ADAMS

“The exercise have helped tremendously! I feel much more symmetrical and balanced, my sitting trot has gotten easier, and my right half pass and right pirouettes are not such a struggle! Your program is awesome!” – JULIA

“It was really remarkable the difference in my ability to get right back at it as well as even felt better than I ever had in the saddle! That was my third deployment but the first time with a PT program structured by someone who understood 1) what I needed to do to maintain my current riding level and 2) also understood what sort of weaknesses I was experiencing and how to use physical fitness to fix imbalances in the saddle. It wasn’t just about giving me a program and then “fire and forget” either. I didn’t realize how much I learned about how to identify problems in the saddle on my own by talking through them on a regular basis with the BioRider team.” – CALLEEN KINNEY

“All I can say is WOW! Never have I experienced such personal attention to my fitness success, working around my past injuries with thoughtful consideration. My stability in my seat has improved, my endurance keeps increasing and I never felt better. You are the real deal!” – DEBBIE KURTH

“I have worked out, off and on for years. I always seemed to have trouble sticking with it for very long. One day it dawned on me I was trying to make ‘me’ fit the workouts instead of the workouts fit ‘me’. BioRider fits me which makes it so much easier to keep doing (which is great because exercise only has value if you actually DO IT)!!! One reason BioRider works for me is the rotating exercises and how they have the program laid out. I found with other programs, I got bored doing the SAME thing over and over. And if a movement was challenging, I often got discouraged and dreaded that portion of the work out. BioRider has a bit more “time” between the movements that are difficult for me physically and I find I actually look forward to the challenge of doing them. Another reason that BioRider fits me is my passion is riding. When you create your daily/monthly/etc. goals, any goal that totally supports your passion/dreams are the goals that get strived for and most likely achieved. The fact the workouts improve my riding makes me excited to do them. The experience and knowledge that supports the BioRider programs is huge. It is easy to find some place that understands fitness. It is easy to find some place that understands horseback riding. It is NOT easy to find a place that understands both of those things. It is like Equestrians and Sports Trainers speak two different languages. BioRider speaks both languages fluently. I am thankful for that! There is just something unexplainably cool when you can ‘feel’ the difference in your body when you get horseback. You feel more balanced and symmetrical. You can swing on a tall horse better. At the end of a long day, you will notice everyone else seems sorer or stiffer. And if life sidelines you from riding for awhile….BioRider is totally a lifeline.” – SYLVAN WALDEN

“We expect our horses to not only be the best possible athletes they are mentally and physically capable of but also ambidextrous in nature. Why shouldn’t we as the riders also work towards this? I love that you address the source of an issue, or imbalance, rather than trying to fix the symptom. Riding with correct balance and alignment on my young horse has made a world of difference in connection and overall behavioral ride-ability. You are connecting two essential components of any serious rider, understanding and technique., while incorporating challenging exercises.” – GRACE WALKER

“I’m 70 and have done some type of activity, including riding, for most of my life. I currently have a varied daily exercise routine which includes bosu, balance ball, free weights, aerobics, yoga and pilates. I found this set of 10 exercises an excellent combination of weights, stretch and balance, and have incorporated them into my weekly routine. I would encourage everyone to try them. I’m looking forward to the next 10.” – KATHY

“Having correct position, form, and straightness on every horse is a long process of working hard and asking others to help. BioRider Fitness has been terrific if personalizing what I need to do in order to be the most correct in my body that I can be. If I expect my horses to be correct in their body, it is only appropriate that I lead by example. Thank you BioRider Fitness from both me and my horses.” – GRACE WALKER
