Exercise of the Month

Lay shoulders on a bench, feet under knees, holding one free wight or medicine ball. Hold weight above your head with both hands. Maintaining a slight bend in elbows and let the weight lower to the ground behind your head. At the furthest point, start slowly lifting the weight back above the throat.
