My Video Is Not Playing!

Most of the time, video not playing is primary due to poor internet connection or speed.   The BioRider videos have been optimized to play in more conditions, however if your video is not playing, we suggest the following steps:

1. Close your browser.
2. Turn off the power to your modem (cable or modem)
3. Wait 1 minute
4. Turn your modem back on.   This may take a couple of minutes.
5. Relaunch your browser and verify that you are connected to the internet
6. Launch the BioRider page and re-loggin.

If the videos are still not playing, we suggest testing your internet speed.   SPEEDTEST.COM is an excellent one.  The download speed is what is most important.  It needs to be 100 mps of faster for good video play.  If you on a mobile device, we recommend that you connect to a local wi-fi for best playback performance.
