Every membership has a max number of workouts available. If you want more options to use through the weeks, upgrade your memberships. Some will find that the exercises are not specific enough for their needs and we recommend customizing your workout!
Accessing your workouts will be easiest if you store your password and the webpage for each membership in browsers. This allows webpages to load faster and depending on your browser’s settings, you can bypass login quickly.
Workouts will changed through out the month as we highly recommend all athletes stick to repetition training. We want muscles to learn proper mechanics and we want our members to gain natural range of motion. Constantly pushing the body to the highest degree of difficulty can lead to injury or just negative training. All workouts have specific and definite purpose for getting equestrians in shape to ride.
