In this program, exercises and workouts are designed to engage your core muscles for better support over the fence. BioRider has designed a muscle map of all the most important groups for jumping equestrians to focus training.

Jumping horses requires the core muscles stabilizers in and out of the saddle, while moving on a horse. The workouts and exercises increase lower leg alignment and develop structural upper body support so your core muscles can do their job in the saddle. Try doing our jumping training schedule for at least one month straight. Proceed with training each muscle group at least once a week alongside the weekly workouts.
