In this course, you will learn to use muscle control to help you perform the movements in dressage more accurately and direct. By manipulating the areas of the dressage training scale, you can create the perfect workout for your exact needs at the time of the workout. All workouts and exercises target rhythm, suppleness, contact, impulsion, straightness and collection in such a way that you segregate each area of the training scale.
Read the information through out this program to understand the theory behind the BioRider Fitness Ladder. Work with the ladder in the workouts during the course of the next year.
