How do I cancel my account?
Canceling your BioRider Fitness Membership is simple. The payments to BioRider Fitness are controlled through either one of these payment services. When you signed up, you registered for a subscription, which is monitored in your PayPal/Stripe account. When a renewal comes up, PayPal/Stripe automatically send the payment to BioRider Fitness. To cancel the payment, you would terminate the subscription from your own account. If you’re having complication, please contact us directly at memberships@bioirderfitness.com
You are always in control! BioRider will keep your address, transaction id, subscription number and other identifications, but will never store your credit card information.
To continue to cancel your membership, depending on whether you used PayPal or Stripe, go to your personal account and following the steps provided by the company:
Pausing your account can only last so long. We clean our systems regularly to keep the website operating a fast speeds. You might need to reregister if you have stay away for too long.
