Details:  proper position, proper mechanics, proper self carriage, 6 weeks for better endurance, nutrition for equestrians and rehabilitation for injuries or time off.  Workout with our three main fitness courses targeting the rider position, the rider mechanics and engage the riders’ self carriage. Training plans are easy to follow with basic, simple demonstrations to allow athletes to work at their own pace and tempo.  All of your progress is tracked online so you can come back to your training. Life happens so when workouts are skipped, you pick up right where you left off.
