EQUESTRIANS CAN BE DIFFICULT
As a personal trainer, the difference between the everyday fitness client and the equestrian client is huge. The daily workload for the equestrian places more wear and tear on the body and more are too tired. It’s hard to understand what the body goes through as an equestrian, unless you are an equestrian. The lifestyle takes it’s tool on your body physically.
The equestrian difference is that our daily activities undergo strenuous workload beyond the average person. Most personal trainers haven’t spent years dealing with strained muscle soreness that happens in the saddle.
Maybe someone just started riding within the last couple of years. I am not talking about that equestrian. There’s a muscular soreness that horseback riders develop with years of riding horses. Training these riders like the everyday gym-goers can break down the already tight and worn down muscle of a horseback rider.
The vibe for fitness lately is ‘give me the hardest exercise‘ and that might not be the most beneficial thing for a horseback rider. BioRider Fitness has online Memberships with workouts that riders use weekly. The better the exercises is performed, the better muscle habits are forming. This will help you ride better. Take the time needed to get fit to ride.
