Drill: Mind Over Muscle
- Stand tall with both arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height.
- Close your eyes and hold steady.
- Imagine your right arm getting heavier, as if a weight is pulling from your wrist..
- Picture your left arm getting lighter, being lifted toward the sky..
- Take deep, controlled breaths — with each one, feel the difference grow stronger.
- Open your eyes and notice how your mind literally moved your muscles

Drill: The Power of Thought
- Raise one arm out to the side and think of a positive, empowering experience — something that makes you smile or feel proud.
- Close your eyes and have a partner gently press down on your arm. Feel your strength.
- Now, think about a fearful or stressful experience and repeat the same movement.
- Notice how much easier it is to resist when your thoughts are positive.
Your mind is your most powerful muscle — train it like the rest of your body.
