Collegiate Course
Workouts designed for the college athlete. Doing these workouts will increase your stability, strength and muscle density for a life long career in riding horses. Even though in college, you don’t get a ton of time to ride your horse but that doesn’t mean you can train your body to ride. Muscles can be concentrated on during time between horse back rides. Most exercises can be done with little equipment and with limited space. I do encourage all athletes to use the facilities at their colleges as these are usually amazing gyms. You will have one year to continuously use these workouts as repetition creates the muscle density.
