The following videos are individual exercises that can help increase weak riding muscles during this off time. Do the entire group once through, each exercise back to back, before taking a 1-2 minute rest. Repeat the entire groups once or twice more depending on time and fitness level. Walking Downward Dog with Hip Openers
Do for 30-45 seconds
Down Lunge with Stretch
Hold position for 5 deep breaths
In & Outs on Bench/Floor
Do for 30-45 seconds
Modified Push Up SB/Floor
10 push ups, hold plank for 30 seconds
Clams (Band Optional)
10-15 reps on each side
Split Squats Floor or BOSU
10-12 reps each leg
