Using Tabata Songs
You can find these songs most anywhere and you can pick from a variety of genres. There’s a count of 20 seconds for each exercise with a 10 second lead up or add it making each exercise 30 seconds. Super set the area with all the equipment that you will need for all eight exercises. There’s little time between exercises so you need to grab stuff quick.
You can run through 2 to 3 of these songs at the end of a lifting session and really burn some calories. Use it in group fitness at the barn to get everyone 100% motivated. Tabata has been around with much success at burning fat; high intensity interval training.
Train the exercise list above for at least 2 sets. That last set, add a Tabata song using the same exercises. Feel the burn!!!
