What’s Included in the 90 Day Riding Program
Personalize rider assessments both under saddle and on the ground. Individual training schedule for in-person coaching sessions, along with online fitness training plans. Long term training is available.

In-person session allow for immediate correction of rider movement patterns that affect the horse. This hands-on approach ensures exercises both on the ground and on the horse are performed correctly. Consistent positive posture translates directly to improved riding performance and horse soundness.

True performance happens when horse and rider move in balance. This 90 day in person training program focuses on improving rider strength, posture and body control while directly supporting the horse’s way of tracking through the arena. Improve rider’s overall body awareness as enhancing horse symmetry, increases total equestrian performance.
