Exercise
- Raise one arm out to the side and think of a positive, empowering experience something that makes you smile or feel proud.
- Close your eyes and have a partner gently press down on your arm. Feel your strength.
- Now, think about a fearful or stressful experience and repeat the same movement.
- Notice how much easier it is to resist when your thoughts are positive.
Your mind is your most powerful muscle train it like the rest of your body.
